The Company offers Georgian dance classes and related cultural experiences in Tbilisi, Georgia, including Private Classes, Group Classes, Wedding Preparation, Performance Shows, and Event Entertainment, as described on the Services page. Prices for fixed-price services are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) on the website; prices for custom services are confirmed individually before booking.
Bookings can be made via the website's booking form. For services with a fixed price, payment is collected online at the time of booking via our secure payment provider (Flitt). For custom-quote services, payment terms are agreed individually after the Company confirms the booking.
Classes and events take place at the date, time, and location confirmed with the customer after booking (typically within 24 hours of the booking request). No physical goods are shipped; this is an in-person service delivered in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Customers may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made later than this, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If the Company cancels a class (e.g. due to insufficient participants for a group class), customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days, or may choose to reschedule.

When you book a class or event, we collect the information you submit in our forms: your name, phone number or social media handle, preferred date/time, number of participants, and any comments. When you pay online, your payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form and are never seen or stored by us — see Section 4.
We use this information to confirm and deliver your booking, communicate with you about your class or event, and, with your consent, for marketing (e.g. notifying you of upcoming group classes). We also use Google Analytics to understand site usage.
Online payments are processed by Flitt (TPAY LLC), a licensed payment service provider. Card details are entered directly on Flitt's secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment page and are never stored on our servers. We receive only confirmation of payment status, the masked card number, and the transaction amount.
We do not sell your personal data. We share booking information only with our payment provider (Flitt, for processing payments) and email service provider (for sending booking confirmations), as needed to deliver the service you requested.
We retain booking and payment records for 3 years as required for accounting and legal purposes.
